About the Role
Role Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and management of a range of projects across the residential,
commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical and energy sectors with
project values up to €20m.
• As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for the design and management of a range of projects working closely with clients.
• Conduct technical analysis and ensure compliance with relevant
regulations and standards.
• Manage junior engineers and technicians and have responsibility for project coordination.
• The candidate will also have the opportunity to become involved in
business development activities through growing relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements
• Level 8 / 9 Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 7+ years’ experience working as a Civil Engineer in an Irish Engineering Consultancy
• Chartered (or nearly Chartered) with Engineers Ireland.
• Experience in the management of all project deliverables.
• Experience in design software such as Civil3D and Revit preferable but not essential.
• An ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment and an ability to produce accurate work to strict project deadlines.
• Experience in business development or an interest in getting involved in work winning.
