About the Role

Role Responsibilities:
• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.Minimum of 5-10 years postgraduate experience in a ConsultancyProject Management Role.
• Ideally be Chartered or actively working towards Chartership.
• Experienced in working closely with Clients and leading a multi- disciplinary design team.
• Experience in Managing Main contractors and nominated Sub Contractors. 
• Possess excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.
• Responsibility to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with
agreed timescales, quality and costs.
• The candidate will also have the opportunity to become involved in
business development activities through growing relationships with
new and existing clients.

About the Company

Project Management responsibility for multiple construction projects from
preliminary design through project construction ranging in value from €1.0m - €10.0m.

Construction Project Manager –
We are a Dundalk based Engineering and Project Management Consulting practice serving the Retail, Commercial, Energy and Residential construction sectors. Due to continued expansion we are seeking several additions to our Engineering Team. The roles are permanent positions offering the candidates the opportunity to join a progressive practice with one on one mentoring and clear pathways to senior management.
